If changes you’re making feel easy, you’re probably doing it right!

We're not aiming for Mount Everest on day one; instead, we're taking baby steps.  Why?  

Because when things feel doable, we're more likely to stick with them. Making one manageable adjustment at a time and building from there is how we set ourselves up for success.

Small adjustments are easier to integrate into existing routines because they don't make us feel like we’re giving up our current lifestyle completely, and we don't wind up overwhelmed because they don't put more demands on our brains than we can manage at once.

So, if you want to achieve big things, you might just want to consider starting small!
