Find Out Why You’re Not Losing Weight! (Hint…It’s Not the Carbs)
When it comes to weight loss, we often focus on solving the wrong problem.
We go on the hunt for those elusive diet “secrets” or miracle foods that promise to speed up metabolism or curb appetite.
We search high and low for the “best” diet, convinced that our love for food is the real issue. We tell ourselves, “If only I had more willpower, I could finally lose the weight.”
Then, we imagine a life without our favorite foods—whether it’s bread, cheese, or chocolate. We might even start avoiding social gatherings to minimize temptation. No wonder it feels so awful!
But here’s the good news: None of that is actually true.
Overeating often has very little to do with how much we love the taste of food.
Instead, it’s more about certain behaviors we’ve developed over time, often without even realizing it:
Finishing everything on your plate because you don’t want to “waste” food.
Eating an entire sleeve of Oreos because you’re not sure when you’ll allow yourself to indulge again.
Turning to chips because you’re overwhelmed by your to do list
It’s these habits that often keep us stuck, not the food itself.
So, what if, instead of focusing on cutting out your favorite foods, you worked on addressing the real reasons you’re OVEReating?
If any of this resonates with you, I’m here to help you break free from this cycle—without giving up the foods you love.
